who is prince charles?

when i first look at it.. i thought, oh, this pretty rose is prince charles?
n how come all other roses haven't blossomed yet but this one only?
hmmm i must take a pic of it.
but after i look carefully.... down to the soil...... n discover that.......
it's just someone stuck this rose in!!!!!
