300 - the movie

me and honey spent 20 min, sitting on the couch at futureshop to watch the HD TV. It was playing 300. So, we end up renting the movie to finish it.

When my friend first talked about it, she said, of cos these guys will lose! They only wore swimming pants!

hahahah...

after i watched it, i actually admire the passion, courage, and loyalty of those soldiers! They are fighting for their family, for those who cannot fight, for the country, for sth right to do. Even the females are strong and stand firm. Especially for the leader, he let those who fear, hurt, leave them and tell the rest of the country about their story. His willing to sacrifice and his courage to protect his people, is something hard to find in the leaders nowadays. I was very touched by the story... even though it's very slow compared to those chinese kung fu movie.

We are the Pirates.... who don't do anything!

I went to the theater to watch "Pirates - who don't do anything" on the weekend. It's a good and funny movie that we enjoyed it very much!! I recommend whoever have kids, should bring their kids to watch! A terrific lesson on "Heroes"!

Honey: Can we get two tickets for the "Pirates"?
What I heard from the Cashier: We don't do anything?
Honey: Yes.
I (silent for 3 seconds): okay.... I heard you said, "we don't do anything..."

派卡片

第一次見客。

第一次主動同客人握手。

第一次派卡片，不是給朋友，而是給客人。

感覺：我長大了！

我不能再跳跳蹦蹦扮cutey.（ 我畢竟也是個博士啊！）

選擇做lab, 就是不喜歡見客，與人打交道，總覺得同人握手難熟咁（又唔係發自內心的關心），好扮野。（要不來個擁抱吧！）

從來沒想過有朝一日自己會主動同人握力，但，感覺又不是很差。

感謝神我有ＶＰ照住，全個見客過程我也只是講了：hello! right.... thank you!（哈哈哈！想不到這樣就混過了！）

萬萬想不到一個博士會做一些ＯＬ, sales的工作，可惜嗎？

思想過後，我發現現在所學的，是學校學不到的人際關係，處事技巧，不能大意睇漏眼，點樣喺工作中做一個基督徒，唔係扮清高，唔係事事say yes，點樣應付其他同事們的催逼，點樣將Science put into practice. 解釋給客人聽。我，依然很熱愛我的工作。
