can't believe that the liquid state of "the day after tomorrow" happens in real life. the hurricane in the gulf coast is very scary! i watch the news tonight n i wonder if i could survive if i was there. that also reminds me that richmond, where i live, may sink one day. dad said the government has warned people to leave already but some just didn't. i wonder why. they miss their home that they can't give it up? they are too poor to afford a bus ticket to leave the town?
